The head of government of Caracas, Nahúm Fernández, supervised the new works being carried out in the Guaicamacuto sector of El Limón, as part of the expansion of the Caracas-La Guaira Community Corridor.

Fernández explained that the rehabilitation of sports fields is being carried out for young people, as well as mass health days with primary care in modules of the Comprehensive Care Center (CDI), reports the Diario Ciudad Caracas.

He also highlighted that improvements were made to the roads for greater accessibility for the inhabitants of the community, as well as the recovery of public spaces such as squares and green areas.

From the Self-Government Room, Fernández stressed that these actions are promoted by the Bolivarian Revolution through the 1×10 System of Good Governance.

In addition, he indicated that actions are being taken to improve infrastructure, social work, days for the population and the promotion of socio-productive community projects. “This initiative was executed by the sole authority of the Municipal Corridor, Nayade Lockiby Belmonte, who was appointed for this service by the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez,” Fernández said.
