National Government advances plan for the renovation of schools in the country

The renovation of schools and lyceums is currently being carried out throughout the state of Anzoátegui, ahead of the start of classes on September 15.

According to a press release from the Ministry of Education, this is the national school maintenance plan, which is being implemented, in the same way, throughout the national territory.

Among the institutions served in Anzoátegui, March 29 stands out, in the San Cristóbal parish of the Simón Bolívar municipality, where work is being carried out to repair doors and channels, improvements to the electrical system (cables, outlets, lamps and switches), internal painting of classrooms, application of enamel to grilles and doors, coating of the waterproofing layer with aluminized paint and weeding of green areas, with an improvement of 70%.

In parallel, the Lya Imber de Coronil Early Childhood Education Center (CEI), also in San Cristóbal, shows 85% progress in renovation works.

The plan also includes emblematic institutions of the entity such as Fray Nicolás de Odena, the Manuela Sáenz School, Nuevo Mamo, Vista al Mar, CEI Dr. Pastor Oropeza, Don Fernando de Peñalver, Modesto Borges, the Juan Manuel Cajigal High School, among others.
