National Government rehabilitated more than 300 schools during the vacation period

During the vacation period in the country, 300 schools and high schools were rehabilitated and progress was made in the construction of 30 new educational centers, said the Deputy Minister of Facilities and Logistics of the Ministry of Education, Willian Gil.

In this regard, during the inspection of the rehabilitation work of the National Initial Education Center (CEIN) El Zamorano, in the 23 de Enero parish of Caracas, Gil highlighted that the Government guarantees educational institutions for the return to school on September 15

“We are ready to receive our boys and girls in decent and functional schools. Education is a priority, and thanks to the joint efforts of the Bolivarian Government, the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (BRICOMILES), together with popular power, each institution will be ready to open its doors in this new school year,” he said.

According to a press release from the Education portfolio, CEIN El Zamorano is an institution attached to the Presidential Honor Guard that provides services to the January 23 community, so its recovery was a joint effort between state institutions such as the Ministries of Education, Public Works and Ecosocialism, the Ecosocialist Corporation Ezequiel Zamora and the BRICOMILES.

The works carried out include rehabilitation of electrical and sanitary installations, general painting, masonry, cleaning and weeding, as well as the adaptation of common areas and school furniture.
