National President: On July 28, we will respect popular sovereignty

“There are people in Venezuela who want peace and for their right to vote and choose to be respected. On July 28, what we revolutionaries are going to do is to ensure respect for the sovereignty of the popular will.”

This is how the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, expressed himself on the night of this Monday, July 1st in his program With Maduro+.

From his weekly program, the head of state spoke about the electoral simulation on Sunday, June 30, and explained that it is a sign of the need to “listen to the people”.

“Yesterday was a message, a positive sign of what is going to happen from now on,” he said.
