National President: We are in an intense geopolitical war in the world

This Thursday, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, said that the world is currently in a great global war as a result of the efforts carried out by the old powers to maintain their hegemonism and stop the advance of emerging powers such as China, Russia, and others.

“Pope Francis was right, the start of the third world war, when all power relations in the world are moving, economic relations, politics, and military presence, there is a global geopolitical war; when you see that a plomamentation begins suddenly in a country, it is because behind them they are developing a strategy with several objectives,” he said.

He pointed out that the interest of the power of US imperialism behind the war in Ukraine is the possibility of placing weapons to attack Russia across the southern border as part of the strategy of clearing the ground to reach China.

“The great objective of the United States is Russia and China, in the area of Eurasia and Asia through war and weapons, but here in Latin America it is to impose its hegemony with people like (Nayib) Bukele (El Salvador), (Daniel) Noboa (Ecuador) and (Javier) Milei (Argentina) who are three satraps dragged into the American empire,” he denounced.

He criticized multilateral organizations for their silence in the face of the genocide that the Zionist government of Israel is committing against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

“The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the ICC (International Criminal Court) remain silent while thousands of children and women fall trying to reach for a piece of bread,” he reproached.
