In an action that reveals true warrior intentions, in an absurd approach to obtaining funds, in order to continue his war against Russia, the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Mark Rutte, advocated allocating part of pensions and social benefits in Europe to the production of weapons.

In a review by the TASS Agency, he specified that the military expenditure of the Atlantic Alliance must exceed 3% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), highlighting the little importance they pay to the welfare of their Peoples.

Rutte considered that European countries “spend a quarter of their money on social benefits, and they only need to use part of these funds to build a strong defense”.

He also stated that the members of the block “were able to win the Cold War when they spent well over 3%" on defense.

This is the first time since the end of the Cold War that a NATO Secretary General has suggested that social money be channeled to the alliance's Army.
