At least 100 people lost their lives, while another 200 were injured as a result of clashes that have occurred since Sunday between Druze groups and Bedouin clans in the province of Sweida, in southern Syria.

According to information reported by Telesur, most of the clashes occurred in the Knaker area and the towns of al-Thaala and al-Mazraa, with the intervention of the de facto Syrian government, specifically the units of the Ministries of Defense and Interior.

International media report that an Israeli plane flew over the region this day, after which explosions were heard, and there are reports that heat balloons were launched from the aircraft.

The Israeli government, which has ventured into the conflict several times under the justification of supposedly protecting the Druze, announced the attack on several Syrian tanks fighting for Bedouin clans.
