Next May 18! INTT Public Service Office will not serve users in person

Next Monday, May 18, the Office of Citizen Services of the National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT) will not receive users at its headquarters, located in La California, Miranda state.

In a press release, the agency noted that this measure is due to efforts to improve its infrastructure and to the move of its facilities, actions aimed at optimizing its spaces to offer a decent building that meets the needs of users.

In order to maintain the continuity of the service and the full exercise of the right to immediate attention and response, the INTT will address questions and concerns through its Interactive Chat, available on the official website www.intt.gob.ve, and its digital platforms. These channels remain operational to ensure assistance and allow for the constant flow of solutions and timely responses.

Finally, the INTT thanked users for their understanding of these necessary adjustments and reaffirms its commitment to the service to build efficient, transparent management that is deeply committed to the well-being of the nation.
