This Thursday, a group of motorcycle taxi drivers who live in Plaza Venezuela met with the president of the Workers' Digital Bank (BDT), Sergio Lotartaro, to learn about the procedures for obtaining a loan for the purchase of their own motorcycles.

This meeting is part of the actions promoted by the Bolivarian Government led by President Nicolás Maduro, to provide funding opportunities to new entrepreneurs and working people.

The meeting with the president of the State financial institution took place after the meeting that these young people held with the vice president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, who, during a tour to verify the security deployment in Caracas, came to greet them and was able to learn about the situation of these workers who, grouped under the name of the Night Motorized Force, informed him that they were working with rented motorcycles, which they canceled for day.

In view of this, the Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace contacted the president of the BDT to inform him about the case and to lend himself as a guarantor so that this group of motorcycle taxi drivers, made up of 35 workers, could access credit for the purchase of their work tool.

“I came up with a brilliant idea to put it into practice, that you give them credit and I am the guarantor of this group of boys. It's 70 dollars a month. Ok, that's fine,” Cabello said when calling Lotartaro in the early hours of Thursday morning.
