On the afternoon of this Friday, May 17, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, participated in a mobilization registered in the Antonio Díaz municipality of Nueva Esparta state in rejection of the U.S. blockade against the country.
At the close of the day and referring to the presidential election of July 28, he said that “today there are 70 days left of organizing and preparing for combat.”
Pointing out the importance of patriotic unity, the Psuvist leader stressed that “around the Revolution there is not only the PSUV, but the Great Patriotic Pole (GPP) with all its allied parties, as well as popular forces through social movements, ordinary Venezuelans, grandmothers, grandfathers, even boys and girls; there is simply Venezuela and that is why we are going to continue making a revolution”.
Cabello highlighted the magnitude of this mobilization of the people of Margarita, who he urged to continue strengthening the conscience of Patria for a great victory in July.
“What a beautiful mobilization, how beautiful to feel the love of the people and the supportive embrace. How satisfying it is to see them and to tell them here this is the Bolivarian revolution that is going for more on July 28 for the Great Popular Victory,” he said.
He stated that “a revolutionary must always be optimistic and with a smile, we are not bitter. Those are others! , and they are bitter because they always lose, we are going for the victory”.
