“The 1x10 is not a game, on the contrary, it is the most powerful element of organization for an electoral battle, and for any battle.”

This was emphasized by the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, who reiterated the importance of preparing for the organization of the basic structures of the red awning, in terms of the formation of the 1x10.

“Victory will not happen alone,” he said, while stressing the need for permanent political action.

“I prefer someone to write down two, who is going to take them to vote, to be sure, to score 20 and not lead to any,” said Antonio Díaz from the municipality of Nueva Esparta, where the people mobilized to reject the blockade of North American imperialism against Venezuela and in support of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

He said that the procedure “has to be a target shot”. “If you have five, those five are going to vote and you have to make sure they're going to vote,” he said.

Cabello emphasized “the check, the review, the follow-up, the verification. Visiting it every day, the person must know that he is on that list”, while the 1x10 must make up the entire structure of the PSUV.
