NUEVA ESPARTA - MARCANO/Rodríguez: President Maduro has rejected imperialist temptations

Jorge Rodríguez, president of the National Assembly, assured that the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, has always asked for respect for the People when imperialism has proposed that he abandon the Bolivarian Revolution to enjoy a golden exile abroad.

“The gringos, their mother's children, came with temptations: That if you take these millions, that if you go to a “paradise” with a mansion and President Maduro always answered him: Don't be rude I owe myself to my people, we will be independent and sovereign forever,” said the deputy of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, from the state of Nueva Esparta.

He added that when President Nicolás Maduro was at the side of the People, “the patarucos were asking for sanctions from their mansions. Now they come to wash their faces and ask for the vote of the people to whom they have caused immense suffering. With these people we have accounts receivable!”
