Operation Caracas Smile provided more than 3,400 services in La Vega

More than 3,400 social services were provided on the 95th day of Operation Caracas Smile, carried out in the parish of La Vega.

In this regard, the mayor, Carmen Meléndez, on her official account of the social network Instagram, explained that the Caravan of Solutions covered three communal circuits.

In the activity, veterinary assistance was also provided to benefit 61 pets.

Then, the 96th day of the operation took place in the Las Torres sector of the above-mentioned parish, in which the mayor informed the community about the importance of condominiums and neighborhood associations participating in the next National Popular Consultation, scheduled for July 12.

“We have already had eight consultations; seven of them to promote community projects and one to choose justices of the peace, and each one has seen the organization and the results,” Meléndez said.
