Operation Caracas Smile served communes in the Sucre parish

Mayor Carmen Meléndez reported that Operation Caracas Smile served four communes, encompassing 38 communal councils in the Sucre parish.

“This approach, at the Fabricio Ojeda Endogenous Development Center, is dedicated to more than 38,000 inhabitants, with services in each of the 7T and comprehensive care to the point and circle,” Meléndez said.

He stressed that this is the 31st deployment of Operation Caracas Smile.

“We focus on comprehensive care for the entire people of Caracas and on the progressive transformation of their territory,” he said.
