Padrino López: Popular-Military-Police Fusion is a fortress built by the Revolution

The Minister of Popular Power for Defense, Vladimir Padrino López, highlighted the consolidation of the union of the People, the Army and the Police as the central axis of national security policy.

“The Popular Military Police Fusion is not just a strategy: it is a fortress built by the Bolivarian Revolution to defend Venezuela in all its spheres,” said Padrino López during the award ceremony to the Police Corps, from the courtyard of honor of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).

In this regard, Padrino López expressed his words of appreciation to the officers of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) whom he congratulated for their work in the defense of the rights of the People, while thanking the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, for the delivery of a significant amount of equipment for the special forces units of the FANB.

Padrino López, reaffirmed the commitment of the Venezuelan State to combat the hybrid threats facing the country, as well as the fight against the activities of criminal gangs and drug trafficking networks, which are used by foreign interests to undermine national sovereignty.
