Padrino López: We are committed to recovering the entire health system

This Sunday, the sectoral vice-president of Defense and Sovereignty, G/J Vladimir Padrino López, led a new day of the Great Black Mission First from the town of Carúpano, Sucre state, in Zodi 53.

“Since the 2nd Marine Infantry Brigade, and we have come with the Great Black Mission First,” Padrino López said during the tour that he is part of the military government and stated that “we are committed to recovering the entire health system in Venezuela.”

He also assured that President Nicolás Maduro seeks the full recovery of the health system at the national level.

During the tour, the sectoral vice-president of Defense and Sovereignty decorated the personnel who live in the Zodi 53.
