PDVSA promotes greater rapprochement with companies and investors in Brazil

The Minister of the People's Power of Petroleum, Pedro Tellechea, held a working meeting this Tuesday, February 27, with the Brazilian ambassador in Caracas, Glivania María de Oliveira, with the purpose of establishing a greater rapprochement with Brazilian investors in the oil sector.

The state company Petrleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), through its account on the social network X, reported on the aforementioned meeting.

Tellechea, in its account on the same social network, points out that “today we had a pleasant meeting with H.E. Glivânia María de Oliveira, ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil in Venezuela, in order to promote cooperation between our countries and promote a greater rapprochement with Brazilian companies and investors”.

Energy cooperation between the two countries was re-established in January 2023, after the return of the president of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva to power.
