Plan Cayapa Heroica optimizes Consultorio Popular type III radiology devices in Cojedes

Specialists belonging to the Cayapa Heroica National Plan carried out an approach at the Ezequiel Zamora Type III Popular Office, located in the homonymous municipality, belonging to the Próceres de la Independencia commune in Cojedes.

The actions were coordinated by the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (FUNDACITE), attached to the Ministry of People's Power for Science and Technology (MINCYT), to ensure the recovery of essential equipment in hospitals belonging to the public health network.

The approach will benefit more than 497 people who live in the community, as well as medical and administrative staff, ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment for free and quality primary care.

During the activity, a medical device was optimized to interpret the radiographs, the negatoscope, making it fully operational by replacing its electrical components, in addition to the maintenance of a nebulizer.

Likewise, the dual otoscope was revised to verify its proper functioning.
