PNB seized 50 kilograms of alleged marijuana in Falcón in a clandestine warehouse

A total of 50 kilograms of alleged marijuana were seized by officials of the Bolivarian National Police Corps (CPNB), attached to the Anti-Drug Division, through intelligence tasks recently carried out in an area of Falcón state used by organized gangs as a clandestine storage center, reported the Ministry of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace (MPPRIJP), in its account on the social network Telegram.

After obtaining strategic information on the logistics of concealing these criminal networks linked to drug trafficking, the agents proceeded to carry out an exhaustive and detailed tour of the designated area.

During the inspection of the terrain, the uniformed personnel were provided with the essential support of a canine semovator trained to detect illegal substances, which made it easier to trace and locate the exact evidence,

At the site of the incident, the police commission managed to find and collect four packages wrapped in black synthetic material.

Inside these packages, 120 regular-sized packages containing the mentioned drug were hidden, thus managing to deal a serious blow to the logistics and distribution structure of this criminal group.

These operational actions, carried out in strict accordance with the guidelines of the Great Quadrants of Peace Mission, make it possible to strengthen the territorial deployment of citizen security agencies.

In this way, the authorities maintain a frontal, articulated and permanent fight aimed at combating illegal trafficking and the storage of drugs throughout the national territory.
