The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, during the Con El Mazo Dando program #485, stressed that extremist opponents were evidenced by their inability to mobilize Venezuelans during recent calls for protests.
“I'm going to show the number of protests and the people who have mobilized on a national scale, they're going to look very bad,” Cabello warned, referring to the calls of the extreme right, together with trade unionists without leadership in the sector, to protest against the National Government.
He added that while the violent extreme right wanted to stage their shows trying to generate scenes of “repression” that would serve to send to the international media.
He argued that in the meantime it was Chavism that joyfully took to the streets in support of Delcy Rodríguez.
