President (E) Delcy Rodríguez inspects progress in the recovery of the Miguel Pérez Carreño Hospital

The President in Charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, carried out an inspection at the Miguel Pérez Carreño Hospital with the objective of monitoring progress in the rehabilitation of the country's health centers.

During his visit, he stressed that the recovery of hospital infrastructure and its technical equipment constitute an absolute priority for the State, stressing that the National Government is “taking care of hospitals, which is a priority for our people. To recover the hospital infrastructure, to equip them, properly, with our own efforts in Venezuela.”

In her speech, the National President in Charge expressed deep gratitude to the health personnel, recognizing the tireless work of doctors, specialists and nurses who, day by day, work in an articulated manner to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Finally, the President in Charge reported that all these actions respond to the José Gregorio Hernández Plan, a program inspired by the Venezuelan saint and that represents the commitment of the National Government to the optimization of medical services, thus consolidating a robust, humane health system fully focused on the well-being and comprehensive care of the entire people.
