President (E) Delcy Rodríguez met in Istanbul with the President of Türkiye Recep Tayip Erdogan

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, met this Monday with the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayip Erdogan, in the context of his official visit to the Eurasian nation to strengthen bilateral relations.
The meeting, held at the presidential office of the Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul, aimed to strengthen direct communication channels between the two nations and to review the strategic cooperation map that has been formally developed over the past few years.
During the high-level conversation, both leaders evaluated the progress of existing bilateral agreements in priority sectors such as trade, investment, energy, mining, housing, infrastructure and health, according to a Presidential Press release.
In addition, air connectivity and logistics were highlighted as one of the main engines for boosting both commercial flow and bilateral tourist exchange.
