President in charge Delcy Rodríguez announces plans to strengthen tourism between Venezuela and Barbados

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, concluded a binational working meeting held on the island of Barbados at which it was agreed to increase the frequency of flights between countries and establish tourist packages that increase visits.
Together with the Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Amor Mottley stressed that the possibility was agreed to “increase the number of flights between Venezuela and Barbados, being able to integrate other destinations close to our countries and that we can offer tourist packages both to the people of Barbados and to tourists who come to this beautiful island”.
In this regard, he said that “they will work so that we can offer tourist packages in Venezuela for Barbados in addition to a maritime connection for transporting people and cargo.”
He reported that “since Turismo de Venezuela we have requested a course of operation for our tour operators in Barbados (...) There is a lot we can do between tourism in the two countries”.
