The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, said that poultry production registered the highest growth in the last decade, with 48%.

This was detailed by her users on social networks, where she said she was “very pleased to visit the spaces of the XII National Poultry Congress 2026, a reflection of a sector that is still expanding”.

In this regard, he pointed out that “in this quarter it maintains a growth of 12% compared to 2025; consolidating itself as a strategic area of our GDP and one that guarantees food to the Venezuelan people.”

“We are making progress in strengthening domestic production, increasing consumption and boosting non-oil exports,” he said.
