President in Charge: We have found more than 365,000 grandparents in vulnerable situations

The president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, celebrated this Friday the National Day of the Elderly, a date chosen to honor the life trajectory of the elderly and the example given with their efforts to the new generations and to make the population aware of the respect and attention that must be given to this segment of society.

“On the National Day of the Elderly, we are still deployed across our country with more than 5,000 Comprehensive Care Brigades. We have already found more than 365,000 grandparents in vulnerable situations and we are providing them with health, social protection, companionship and all the love of Venezuela's grandchildren. Our retirees have rights, and we will not rest until we fully restore the well-being of those who have given so much for this nation. Let's unite in caring for those most in need!” , wrote the president in charge, in her Telegram account.
