President Maduro activates National Risk Management System in the face of a hurricane in the Caribbean

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, announced that the National Risk Management System has been activated to prevent and respond to any incident due to rains.

“Faced with the movement of Hurricane Beryl across the Caribbean Sea in the next few hours, although it will not impact our territory, Pdte. Nicolás Maduro has instructed the activation of the National Risk Management System to prevent and respond to any incident caused by rains,” he wrote from the social network X.
