President Maduro activates the Militia Community Units in the country's 5,336 Community Circuits

This Friday, September 5, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, led the act of activating the Militia Community Units in the nation's 5,336 communal circuits.

“Today is the first day of operational organizational activation of the entire Bolivarian National Militia, already structured by the citizens who enlisted in the first two days,” he said.

In this regard, he recalled that this Thursday, September 4, the Permanent Enlistment System, the SAP, was opened, “through the Patria System, it is working very well for all citizens who want, in compliance with Venezuela's sacred sense of defense, can join the defensive system.”

The day was held in the Simon Bolivar Hall of the Military Academy of the Bolivarian Army (AMEB), where the Head of State is accompanied by First Combatant Cilia Flores de Maduro, and the Military High Command.

He stressed that for the activation he was in real contact throughout the country, “a fervent, patriotic, nationalist, Bolivarian, revolutionary greeting”.
