President Maduro assures that a multipolar world is taking shape with China, Russia and India at the helm

During an interview with the former president of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, through the news agency Russia Today (RT), the Head of State Nicolás Maduro Moros, assured that a multipolar world is developing, driven by the People's Republic of China, the Russian Federation and India.

“A multipolar world is taking shape with powers such as China, Russia and India, which are economic, technological, scientific and cultural powers, which translate into three flagships of the multipolar world,” he said.

He also asserted that the world seeks peace “with equality, with sovereignty, with independence, with national identity and with social justice”, an action very different from that sought to be imposed by the government of the United States (USA), which “is war and the big arms business”.

“Venezuela is at peace and we are part of the multipolar world”, stressed the Head of State and condemned the attempts of the United States to maintain its “political, economic, cultural and military hegemony”, through force.

He also added that “what the current United States government is doing is a lying story to justify military action and start a war in South America, for regime change and to colonize Venezuela" and then the region; its idea is to colonize the "Caribbean, South America and beyond”.

President Maduro urged that racial, class, oligarchic and political supremacy cannot be allowed to lead to the new colonialism. “The biggest test in the world that he wants to impose is Gaza,” he said.
