President Maduro: Bolivar's idea of building a great block of nations is still in force

The idea of building a great block of nations that our Liberating Father, Simon Bolivar, had is still in force, said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

“The dreams of our liberators are fully alive. What Bolívar did was to collect the best of his time and project it for future centuries. He was a man of ideas, words and action, a great builder,” said the Head of State during a telephone contact with the Closing Act of the Ayacucho International Colloquium 1824-2024: Unity, Sovereignty and Peace.

In this regard, he stressed that the message of our liberators in Ayacucho is in force today and pushes “the wonderful idea of convening a great amphithonic congress to form a great block of forces”.

In this regard, the Head of State instructed the president of the Romulo Gallegos Center for Latin American Studies (CELARG), Pedro Calzadilla, to make “a great communication effort” to publish all the papers and interventions that were given at the historic colloquium so that they can be taken to study centers, communities, military academies to form the People.
