President Maduro calls for spiritual union to overcome difficulties

The constitutional president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, urged the people to promote cohesion and faith as tools to transcend adversity.

During a message released this Sunday, May 3, on his social networks, the national president highlighted perseverance as a fundamental value for going through complex times, inviting citizens and peoples of the world to deepen the biblical teachings of the apostles Peter and Paul.

Accompanied by the first combatant Cilia Flores, Maduro stressed that spiritual strength is the necessary engine for the construction of a free and sovereign Homeland.

In his publication, he reflected on New Testament passages that urge us to unite belief with virtue, knowledge and temperance.

He also stressed that Providence has granted what is necessary for life and that it is now up to society to respond with discipline and commitment.

Nicolás Maduro recalled that the history of the country and the dignity of its workers constitute a “cloud of witnesses” that accompanies the nation in its resolution to move along the right path without abandoning hope.

Under this premise, he emphasized the importance of not giving in to evil and, on the contrary, defeating misfortunes through the practice of good and constant prayer.

Finally, Maduro argued that sovereignty is defended through honesty and the protection of the truth.

Inviting patience in the face of tribulation, he reaffirmed his conviction that unity of purpose will provide the strength needed to overcome any obstacle, ensuring that the country will prevail through justice and peace.
