President Maduro commemorated Venezuelan Bolivarian Army Day

Through the social network X, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, commemorated this Monday the Day of the Bolivarian Army of Venezuela, for the men and women who gave their lives for the independence of the Fatherland.

“June 24th! Battle of Carabobo, an epic victory for patriotic forces and a moral reference for our Bolivarian Army, in memory of the heroic soldiers who, in perfect synchrony, triumphed over Spain, sealing Independence”, wrote the Head of State on the social network.

In honor of the patriots who gave their lives on June 24, 1821, in the heroic feat of the Battle of Carabobo , this celebration was declared in 1958, following the fall of the Marcos Pérez Jiménez dictatorship.
