President Maduro delivers rehabilitation works for the Mariche Metrocable

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, delivered the rehabilitation works of the MetroCable Mariche within the framework of Thursday of the Commune, with the purpose of guaranteeing quality service for users.

In these works, the revolutionary working class of the Caracas Metro, overcoming the blockade, achieved the comprehensive rehabilitation of the Metrocable Mariche in coordination with the “Together Everything Is Possible Corporation”.

The comprehensive rehabilitation of the Mariche Metro Cable System will benefit more than 130,000 inhabitants of the Filas de Mariche community.

This recovery of the Palo Verde Station - Mariche Station involved the maintenance of more than 120 cabins, replacement of 5,000 meters of 40-pair communication cable, installation of 5,000 meters of optical fiber, reactivation of the auxiliary motor of the Mariche Station and restoration of the electric motors with the main drive, among other major repairs.
