During the 69th broadcast of his show Con Maduro+, this Monday, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stated that the extremist Edmundo González Urrutia will emulate the fate of the fugitive from justice Juan Guaidó, and “will remain in the garbage of history.”

Faced with the new failed plan of the extreme opposition right, which called on its followers to paint their mouths with red lipstick, the Head of State said that the rally in Madrid, where González Urrutia is in exile, was led by the fascist Antonio Ledezma.

“In Madrid, where they could normally move some people, the leader was the 'vampire', who was happy to paint his face with blood, the vampire Antonio Ledezma (...) if the old Edmundo, a drunken old man, lives in Madrid, why didn't he lead the march? That's what I'm wondering. If you are not able to go on a march there near the palace where you are living, will you be able to come to Venezuela?” , questioned the Prime Minister.

In reference to the former candidate's alleged intentions to return to the country by January 10, when President Maduro will be sworn in, the Dignitary said that this is a new deception.

“How far are you going to take your show, your new deception, your new Guaidó? Karl Marx, paraphrasing Hegel, said: 'History appears first as a tragedy and then repeats itself as a comedy'. First was the tragedy of Guaidó, 4 years old, and where is Guaidó? In the garbage of history, repudiated, rejected, despised by everyone and now the second Guaidó has arrived as a comedy, and where will the second one be? It will remain in the garbage dump of history, so I decree it and so it will be, that's how you will see it. Mr. Edmundo González Urrutia, the new Guaidó, will remain in the garbage of history,” he emphasized.

He stressed that in the meantime, patriots, “between caravans, drums, rumbas, marches, we will earn the right to joy, to happiness, to peace and to continue building the economic, political, social, military and cultural model that Venezuelans want to build. There is no political, diplomatic or legal colonialism, there is no communicational or cultural colonialism that can with the strength that the People of Venezuela have today,” he said.
