This Thursday, April 25, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, gave instructions to the governorates, mayors and the head of government of Caracas, Nahum Fernández, to set aside resources to respond to large community projects.

The order was given from the Antímano parish, where he led a working day dedicated to the balance of the Great Equality and Social Justice Mission “Hugo Chávez” and the National Popular Consultation 2024.

In this sense, he affirmed that it is necessary to continue transcending the dependent capitalist model of oil, because of which “production ceased on earth”.

“We had a fictitious economy, a fictitious society,” he said.

“That's over, now we're going to a productive, self-managed, creative model that produces everything,” he stressed.
