President Maduro: In the face of U.S. piracy, we defend our dignity

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, congratulated the people who marched and mobilized on the streets of the country to protest against the aggressions of the United States government and its systematic attacks to steal the nation's oil.

“I received and saw images of the massive calls in every corner of Venezuela. This is the country's Sovereign Force that utterly forcefully proclaims: Yankee, we don't accept your piracy! No to Theft and No to Fraud! In the face of piracy, we defend our dignity! Oil belongs to Venezuelans and whoever wants it must pay for it!” , said the head of state through his social networks.

He also welcomed this fierce and nationalist participation in every state of the country.

“These are real, ordinary people in the streets, beyond the networks; they are not bots, but the inescapable truth that shouts: We are a noble, dignified, courageous, fierce and combative people!” , he stressed.
