President Maduro invited people to read the Blue Book written by Commander Chávez

Through the social network X, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, extended the invitation to download, read and share the Blue Book written by Commander Hugo Chávez.

“I share with the people “The Blue Book”, written by our Commander Hugo Chávez, a profound text with clear concepts,” wrote the Head of State on the social network.

He also recalled that “in 1990 Chávez outlined the Political and Government System towards the future through Participatory and Protagonist Democracy.”

For this reason, he reaffirmed that Commander Hugo Chávez will forever be the light of the Bolivarian Revolution and People's Power.
