President Maduro invites revolutionary youth to participate in the Council of Ministers

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, led a meeting of the Council of Ministers and invited, for the first time in history, revolutionary youth to participate in the event.

“At this meeting, we invited Venezuelan youth in a special way to deliberate and review the scope of the 5,336 approved projects that voted for their projects on Sunday, July 27, 2025, and now we are going to build them with quality and promptness. Venezuela is taking gigantic leaps in theory and practice regarding the new democracy. We do believe in the people and in the youth,” he said.

The Head of State added that “this is a youth cabinet, headed by the youth president: Nicolás Maduro”.

“We are very happy for you and for this method of building a direct and true democracy, our democracy (...) We are building a democracy of permanent participation, of permanent decision. A democracy of the everyday, of the daily, that empowers, educates, forges values in conscience for millions of men and women and that gives its place to the concept of democracy, which is the power of the people,” said the National President to the young people present,” he said.
