Through his Telegram channel, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, recommended reading the book “The Emancipation of Peru” by Héctor Bencomo Barrios, to continue learning about the independence feat of our Peoples and their struggle against the empire of that time.

“Excellent book: “The Emancipation of Peru”, addresses the process promoted by the insurrectional movements of the original peoples against colonialist repression,” wrote the Head of State on the social network.
