President Maduro: Let's build the greatest and most splendid military power this land has ever had

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, called for the construction of the greatest and most splendid military power “that we have ever had in these lands and thus, Venezuela will be respected”

He assured that “Venezuela must be respected because no one in this world respects the weak. And one of the keys to being respected is that in this new era towards 2030 we build a technological and logistical military power that is independent, powerful, sovereign that we have ever had in these lands.”

From Campo Carabobo, on the afternoon of this Monday, June 24, the Head of State specified that “if we want peace, let's prepare for peace; if we want independence, let's prepare to defend it; if we want Homeland, let's build a powerful, efficient state, and a powerful civic-military-police alliance, but above all, let's build the greatest and most splendid military power that Venezuela has ever had”.

He added that “what is coming are times of greening and of the rebirth of our beloved Homeland, Homeland of Liberators. We are going with renewed hope!” , he ruled.
