President Maduro on ALBA-TCP: It is the region's community for union and dialogue

Through the social network X, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted the importance of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), since it is the Latin American and Caribbean community for promoting union and dialogue between nations in the region.

“The ALBA-TCP is our region's community for the union of wills with inclusive dialogue, respect, cooperation and political consultation. Faced with diversity, we must continue to move towards the integration of our America and the development of peoples,” wrote the National President on the social network this Wednesday.

It is important to note that on Tuesday night, the Heads of States of the countries that make up the ALBA-TCP began to arrive in Venezuela, who will participate in the 23rd Summit of Heads of State and Government of this organization, which will be held in Caracas.

It should be noted that the last Summit of Heads of States and Government of the ALBA-TCP was held in December 2022, in Havana, Cuba, where the participants ratified their commitment to strengthening the bloc as an instrument of unity of peoples, based on the principles of solidarity, social justice, cooperation and economic complementarity.
