President Maduro on Popular Consultation this Sunday: What began as a dream will become reality tomorrow

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, urged all Venezuelans to participate this July 27 in the Popular Consultation of projects developed by youth.

“What started out as a dream will become a reality tomorrow. Vote for the project of your choice and be part of the communal transformation. First National Popular Youth Consultation!” , said the Head of State through a message published on his Telegram channel where, in addition, he released a video of a series of young people inviting the community to participate in this unprecedented process.

In another message, Maduro released a video in which the same young people indicate what are the five reasons to go out and vote for these projects.

The first of these is to vote for this Popular Youth Consultation to promote ideas and projects that improve their environments. The second is that this is a clear demonstration that young people, in addition to having dreams and ideas, also have a voice and leadership through participatory democracy.

Reason number three is that the projects were designed and prioritized by the young people themselves, which means that resources will be directed to the projects that matter most. Number four is that the winning projects will have a significant impact because they contribute to the development of communities and number five highlights the union of young people to achieve great things.
