President Maduro presented the 10 vertices of the Great Mission for Justice and Social Equality

From the Teresa Carreño Theater Cultural Complex, in Caracas, the constitutional
president of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reported on
the structure of the Great Equality and Social Justice Mission “Hugo
Chávez”, made up of 10 vertices in order to increase efficiency in social
protection, enhanced by 40 concrete actions.
He stressed:
“In the days to come, we will explain in detail every
corner, every action to protect the family, the community, our people.”
The vertices are:
- Organization for Equality and Social Justice
- Housing and Habitat
- Education for Equality
- Living Healthy
- Food
- Economy for Life
- Joy for my Community
- Personal Wellness
- Grandparents and Sons of Venezuela
- Security
Referring to the corresponding tasks in the first vertex referring to
the organization, he instructed the formation of the new Hugo
Chávez Brigades in all the communities of the country, with the spokespersons of the Community Councils, the Somos Venezuela Movement,
community and street leaders, teachers, health committees, the
Bolivarian National Militia, the social and collective movements of the community and the Francisco Front of
Miranda.
Leaving as a goal for the next
90 days the formation of the first 40,000 Hugo Chávez Brigades in
every corner of the country, for the realization of social plans.
Secondly, he ordered the digitization of the social cartography and the Concrete Agenda for Action of all
the communities that have prepared it in this way.
Regarding Education for Equality related
to the third vertex, he explained that by June 1, 640 Socialist Mission Bases must be
inaugurated, to complete 3,000
instances “all activated, repromoted and reorganized”.
Fourthly, the 2,500 most vulnerable communities must be addressed
“fully addressed in the Love in Action Plan for the Victims of the Economic War”, as
the maximum goal by June 30.
He specified
that these communities are already identified while urging
“to join forces, all governorates, mayors. We are here to
work, serve and care for the victims of the economic war and the criminal
sanctions of imperialism.”
Linked to the second vertex “Housing and Habitat”, he ordered immediate attention in relation to the supply of the plans:
1. My roof: supply, installation of roof sheets for popular communities.
2.Plan My Floor, to solve problems that exist in at least 55,000 diagnosed homes.
3. My wall, plan for the supply of blocks, aggregates, cement, for self-construction and expansion of houses.
4. My bathroom, to supply the sanitary kit, based on 115,000 diagnosed homes.
5. The buildings must receive rehabilitation, maintenance and
conservation of the urban plans of the Great Housing Mission Venezuela and of
the popular urban areas in the country.
6.Relocation to families that are still at risk and who are refugees.
7. Advance 115,000 homes for overcrowded families.
8. Strengthen the Popular Builder Training program.
9. The activation of a thousand new sports fields, in neighborhoods.
The third vertex, Education for Equality, contemplates the plans:
1. My happy child, with the creation of a thousand care and protection centers for health, psychosocial and family care.
2. The School: Love and Future to accommodate boys and girls from 3 to 6 years old
who have not yet been incorporated into the initial and primary formal education system, and
to achieve 100% as the goal of schooling in this phase.
3. Special action on primary education to incorporate
young people between 10 and 14 years old, who, due to circumstances of vulnerability,
are not in the regular education system.
4. Come, Learn,
Undertake and Transcend Program, which should promote concrete
development opportunities for young people that keep them away from engaging in
behaviors harmful to them and their families.
5. Reactivation and
strengthening of entrepreneurship schools, allowing innovators to be
incorporated into different occupations or professions,
through 1,472 centers for the development of educational quality throughout the national territory.
6. My identity consists of incorporating
bilingual teachers from indigenous communities who speak and know the native languages into a
thousand schools as starter programs.
7. Launch with force in all schools and high schools the program “Carlos Lanz School Students”.
As for the four vertices: Healthy Living detailed:
1. Supplements for life after registration carried out by the Hugo Chávez Brigades, the periodic delivery of nutritional and vitamin
supplements must be carried out, to guarantee their access,
as well as that of medications for chronic non-communicable diseases.
2. Knowledge is Health.
3. More Health, for the care of patients with diseases associated with poverty and victims of economic war.
4. Healthy route, which involves visiting house to home.
5. Deepening the plan Health goes to school. A healthy mind, which involves prevention and mental health care.
6. Addiction-Free Living.
In
this context, President Maduro stated that the new ones are
active and instructed the various work teams to explain them to the
people to ensure full functioning.
