President Nicolás Maduro made himself available to his American counterpart Donald Trump and the other leaders of South and Central America to teach him the strategy that Venezuela implements in the fight against drug trafficking and that has worked.

“If the rest of the countries of South and Central America want to coordinate a single strategy, Venezuela modestly has the experience and concrete results, as we are doing with Colombia,” said Maduro, during a meeting with national and international media.

In that sense, he fully brought to order the National Anti-Narcotics Superintendency, the police and the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), which has professionals of the highest ethical and moral quality.

Maduro said that he has talked a lot with his Colombian counterpart, Gustavo Petro, whom he described as a very intelligent man.

At the meeting, the Head of State read a statement from President Petro through his X account in which he said: “If there is a violent aggression against Venezuela, what we see in Syria and Iraq will be a reality throughout the Gran Colombiana region, mass murderers will take over territories, driven by greed and States will weaken as instruments of social peace.”

“In the great homeland of Bolivar, there can only be national sovereignty, neither in Panama, nor in Ecuador, nor in Colombia, nor in Venezuela should there be subjects served to foreigners. The region must coordinate on equal terms: its anti-drug policy with foreigners may be a problem of humanity, but in terms of equality, it is not submission,” Petro wrote.
