President Maduro: The Community and the Scientific Sewer are two blocks of the country's strength

In the Altos Mirandinos during the 1st Anniversary of the National University of Sciences Doctor Humberto Fernández - Morán, this Friday, December 12, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, explained that in Venezuela there are currently two power blocks at the scientific level.

“These are two impressive blocks of strength. It is like a tsumani of general will and collective consciousness. A gigantic tsunami of knowledge and science for the good of humanity. In this case for the good of our society,” he stressed.

In this regard, he specified that a first major block is the Venezuelan scientific community, so far comprised of 67,000 scientists organized in the Great Science, Technology and Innovation Mission “Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán”.

“This block works in all areas of production, of applied science for life,” he said.

The head of state pointed out that with the creation by the Bolivarian Government of the National Scientific Seed Program in 2019, which began with 20,000 members in high schools and as of today, it has reached 850,000 children and young people in schools, high schools and schools across the country.

He stated that the National University of Sciences Doctor Humberto Fernández - Morán, “is the bridge, the vehicle of interconnection between the Scientific Seed, which is the Venezuela of the future and the Great Scientific Movement Doctor Humberto Fernández - Morán”.
