President Maduro: The Venezuelan People will never kneel before any empire!

The president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nicolás Maduro, said that for Venezuela there is only one alternative: The Venezuelan people will never kneel before any empire.

“We will stand with our faces held high, in a permanent battle with the dignity of a country that has earned the right to exist and to develop,” he highlighted during the Extraordinary Plenary of the V Congress of the PSUV and the IV Youth Congress of the organization (JPSUV).

“The empire and the fascist extreme right don't understand that the Bolivarian Revolution has become a powerful collective,” he said.

In this context, President Maduro said that “I want, before this great assembly of the Extraordinary Congress of the PSUV, to convey to our militancy, to our patriotic people and to the entire Great Patriotic Pole my congratulations because, since the last time we met, we won two elections: that of governors and governors, and that of mayors and mayors, in addition to the National Assembly.”
