President Maduro: Venezuela must take up arms, the people will do it with serenity

President Nicolás Maduro asserted that if Venezuela has to take up arms, the people will do so with serenity.

During a press conference with national and international media, the Head of State stated that with lies they intend to manufacture a file that justifies an escalation and justifies the criminal attack against Venezuela.

In that sense, he asserted that it is not a tension, it is an all-along aggression, judicial, political, diplomatic and on the way, of a military nature. “Venezuela is empowered by international laws to face this aggression comprehensively: It's not tension, it's aggression,” he emphasized.

Maduro took the opportunity to congratulate the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), for its morale, for its cohesion, for its discipline and its capacity for action.

He also congratulated all the Venezuelan people, for their mettle and willingness to defend the Homeland.
