President Nicolás Maduro closes the II Course on Revolutionary Special Operations

The President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, this Thursday, August 28, heads the closing ceremony of the II Course on Revolutionary Special Operations (COER).

The activity takes place at the headquarters of the Bolivarian National Guard Command Action Group (GNB), in Macarao parish, Caracas.

The National President, accompanied by the First Combatant, Cilia Flores, is received by the Military and Security High Command, including the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, and the sectoral vice-president of Defense and Sovereignty, G/J Vladimir Padrino López.

Also present is the Strategic Operational Commander of the FANB, Domingo Hernández Lárez.

The training aims to raise the level of training in special operations, including shooting techniques, combat in confined areas, ambushes and train rescue, for homeland defense and rapid response to threats.
