President of the Supreme Court called for a vote to celebrate 25 years of the Constitution (+ judges of the peace)

This Sunday, December 15, the president of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), Caryslia Rodríguez, called on the People to come out and vote in the elections of the Justices of the Peace to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the birth of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,

“This is a wonderful day, we are strengthening our Constitution, which today is our birthday; and we are all going to celebrate it by electing our communal judges and justices of the peace, it's a joy and the reaffirmation of our democracy,” Rodríguez said from the voting center in the Los Chaguaramos sector in Caracas.

He also stressed that this election reaffirms the commitment of the People's Power to defend peace. “We're all going to exercise this right to vote and then we're going to celebrate that we'll have 30,000 justices of the peace,” she said.

At the same time, he noted that the Supreme Court and the entire Judiciary are prepared to accompany and train judges of the Peace.

“These judges come to support and contribute to peace, love and the expression of justice closest to the community,” he said and noted that the entire Judiciary is deployed to accompany this process in defense of the tranquility of the People.
