The magistrates of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) remain willing to actively participate in the Commission for the Judicial Revolution in order to review and correct the necessary criminal situations, said the president of the Supreme Court, Caryslia Rodríguez.

“We will always be on the path of seeking the reaffirmation of the highest values and interests of the Fatherland,” he stressed during the Working Meeting.

At the above-mentioned meeting, he also pointed out that the judicial system must work like “a clock”, where all parties involved in criminal action work in a coordinated manner to ensure justice in the country.

In this regard, he stressed that the mobilization that all parts of the criminal system have had to verify legal cases has allowed them to know first-hand the reality in prisons and to have a clear picture of the actions to be taken.

“We are talking about human beings where not only is their freedom at stake, but their families are also affected. When we benefit a human being who is in detention, we also impact their environments,” he stressed.
