Primitive Governor Cedeño: Peasant militias are ready to defend the Homeland

During the Great Mobilization for Military Enlistment in Portuguesa, the governor of the Primitivo Cedeño entity stressed that peasant militias are ready to defend the Homeland and its sovereignty, and that they strongly support President Nicolás Maduro.

He also reaffirmed that in the face of the aggressions, “here you will find a people in the street telling US imperialism and its allies that we have decided to be free, we are not anyone's backyard and we are kneeling on the ground with President Nicolás Maduro.”

He emphasized that the People of Portuguesa are willing and committed to the defense of the Homeland. “We are people of peace, but we are willing to do whatever it takes to defend the President and Venezuela, which is the future of our children and grandchildren,” he said.
